Thank you for writing such a great book on ASP.net 2.0. This is by far the best book for experienced developers or beginning developers that are very well versed in web technologies and architectures. First and foremost, the 1st and 2nd chapters are phenomenal! Ch1 does a great job of explaining the asp.net framework and its underlying architecture. Ch2 does the best job I've ever seen of explaining: a). PostBack concept b).event Model c). Page Life Cycle d). ASP.net Compilation Process. In this same chapter there is a great Event Handling example that goes beyond the typical "Double Clicking" on a web control...event binding using delegation. Potential Buyers: If you want to go past WYSIWIG development and actually understand the technology and code behind ASP.net, then this is the Book to get. Randy: Great approach! Great diagrams!.....

The book is excellent. The way of introducing right topics at right place is superb. I have read your book, and would like to commit that it has cerainly added to my .net knowledge. Thank you very much... Are there any AJAX books, you can give reference.
